GenReview is the entry point into GENLA Technologies. We run a comprehensive diagnostic of the organisation: business processes, software systems, data, compute infrastructure, equipment and team competencies. Our task is to determine exactly where technology can create the greatest effect, which changes genuinely make economic sense and how to combine them into a coherent transformation architecture. A systematic diagnostic of the current state of company operations, individual departments and cross-functional teams: which processes need to be changed or rebuilt and which operations are worth automating.
Technology audit
Assessment of the existing stack, software systems, compute and hardware-software infrastructure and equipment, plus the quality, connectedness and security of accumulated data.
Where to apply AI
